By enhancing traditional yoga with a focus on the myofascial meridians, this program brings many benefits to the body. But, most of all, it is a lively and engaging flow that will leave you feeling invigorated!
This particular class is a 45 minute version of the online sessions. We leave out the Cardio Peak section & alternate the Flow & Strength sections. It is an all levels class with a focus on getting the most out of life at any age.
